Complaints are not dealt with sufficiently and Landlords like Mr and Mrs Bassi do not like to rent to people with disabilities as I was told by Mr Basi himself that people who need assistance should not be allowed to live independently especially in his properties!! After three broken fingers, a broken nose, cut to forehead and other cuts and bruises and also being threatened with a knife on another occasion by Mr and Mrs Basi staff and apparently the person whom jointly owns the building whom live in the same building as my son will resort to violence and harassment to get rid of anyone with a disability. I hope this is helpful to anyone thinking of renting from 2 move. I would prefer to give no stars but that option is not available. Hope no one else goes through the trauma thaty son and my family have been through.
