  To sum up our experience i would give a 0 star but it's not an option. Up on purchasing the new bed, mattress, mattress protector and pillows we thought it's the best deal we have ever made. We had to change the delivery slot, which we did 2 weeks prior to arranged delivery date. Still tried to deliver on the day, even though we have received a confirmation of the new date. Second attempt delivery: slot was 12-18pm. They have turned up 10am even though we have been calling customer services and tried to explain the delivery driver whom spoke very little english. We have been just moving into the property and we have been forced to leave our goods with the previos owner of the house- who was just packing up to move out. Assembling the bed: 2 completly different assembly guides for thw same bed, missing fittings and screws. Slept on the floor on the mattress for 3 nights. We have been offered to get 2 days delivery or buy thw fittings and get a refund for the invoice. Choose the below- waited 2 weeks for thw cheq and had to chase it up 4 times as i have never receives a response weather have they received the email. After all the issuea we have received £40 compensation. Pillows: 2x latex pillows- £67.99 each. Tried it for 2 months, gave us terrible neck pain. Due to hygene reasons no way of returning them. I guess i will just have to carry on with seeing the physio therapist! There should be some sort of return option as they are not the cheapest of all.. in the branch they are useless- cannot help with no enquiries, have to ring up customer services for everything. I would avoid the place if I could!!!!rip of merchanst with no support or respect to their customers
